‘Days of Wine And Roses’ at The Schoolhouse
“Days of Wine and Roses,” a biting drama by JP Miller made famous by the 1962 film starring Jack Lemmon and Lee Remick, is coming to The Schoolhouse Theater March 1 through March 25.
The play is an intense dramatic portrayal of a young couple and their struggles with alcohol addiction.
A play some called “brilliant, ahead of its time,” The Schoolhouse production will surely be spellbinding.
Artistic director Pamela Moller Kareman says, “This powerful play is ultimately a love story, a harrowing even sometimes terrifying love story, but a love story nonetheless.”
Performances are Thursdays through Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 3pm.
Tickets are $33 on Thursday and Friday and $35 on Saturday and Sunday.
